1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how PostVoice, operated by AAIS (Pty) Ltd. ("PostVoice," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website and social media content creation, scheduling, publishing, and account-management service (the "Service").
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:
- Account information, such as your name and email address.
- Authentication and login information needed to provide access to your account.
- Billing information needed to process payments, where applicable.
- Content you create, upload, schedule, or choose to publish through the Service.
- Connected social-media account information, described in the Meta Platform Data section below.
- Usage, device, log, and service-performance information generated when you use the Service.
- Support communications and information you choose to send us.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to create and manage accounts, authenticate users, connect social accounts, display accounts you are authorised to manage, schedule and publish content you select, process payments where applicable, provide support, maintain security, improve the Service, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Meta Platform Data
When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram professional account to PostVoice, we receive information from Meta only after you grant the requested permissions. This may include your Facebook profile identifier, Facebook Pages you manage, Instagram professional accounts connected to those Pages, account identifiers, Page or account names, and access tokens required to provide the requested features.
PostVoice uses Meta Platform Data only to connect your accounts, display the accounts available to you, schedule content, publish content you select, and manage your connected accounts. PostVoice does not sell Meta Platform Data or use it for unrelated advertising purposes.
5. Access Tokens and Connected Accounts
We may store access tokens and connected-account information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide connection and publishing functionality. A token may become invalid when you disconnect an account, revoke permissions with Meta, Meta expires or invalidates the token, or you delete your PostVoice account.
6. User Content and AI-Assisted Text and Image Features
You may create, upload, schedule, and publish content through PostVoice. You remain responsible for the content you submit and publish.
Where the Service provides AI-assisted captions, post ideas, suggestions, or static images, your prompts or content may be processed to provide those features. PostVoice does not generate video or audio, synthesize or clone voices, or create deepfakes. AI-assisted output may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You must review and approve it before publishing, and PostVoice does not guarantee that it is accurate, original, lawful, or appropriate.
7. How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers that help operate the Service, including Meta Platforms for Facebook and Instagram integrations and Paddle for payment processing; at your direction when you choose to publish content; to comply with legal obligations; to protect PostVoice, users, or others; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. Providers may process information only as needed for their relevant services and under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information or Meta Platform Data.
8. Retention and Security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, fulfil the purposes in this policy, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. When you disconnect a social account, we stop using its related token and remove or invalidate connected-account credentials within a reasonable period, subject to operational backups and legal retention obligations.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can request deletion by emailing hello@postvoice.co. A deletion request may include your account details, connected social account identifiers, stored access tokens, scheduled content, and other personal information associated with your account.
