Data Deletion Instructions

Request deletion by email

Email hello@postvoice.co with the subject PostVoice Data Deletion Request. Send the request from the email address associated with your account so we can verify it. Do not send passwords, access tokens, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Disconnect Facebook or Instagram

Where available, you may disconnect Facebook or Instagram within PostVoice. You may also remove PostVoice access from your Meta account settings. Removing access may prevent us from publishing to that account and can invalidate its access token.

What a verified request may delete

• PostVoice account information
• Connected Facebook and Instagram identifiers
• Stored access tokens
• Scheduled or draft content
• Uploaded media, where applicable
• Other personal information associated with the account

What may be retained

We may retain limited information when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, financial records, or backups.

Processing time

We will process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable law.
