Terms of Service

1. Agreement and Service

These Terms govern your use of PostVoice, operated by AAIS (Pty) Ltd. PostVoice is a social media content creation, scheduling, publishing, and account-management platform. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, be authorised to connect each social account, and remain responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Third-Party Social Platforms

PostVoice may connect with third-party platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies, and you must comply with applicable platform rules. We do not control platform availability, API changes, approval decisions, account restrictions, or outages; features may stop working if a platform changes or withdraws access.

PostVoice is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

Other Third-Party Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms and services, including:

• Social media APIs, such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• AI-assisted caption, post-idea, and static-image tools.
• Payment processing through Paddle.

Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or integrations and do not guarantee their continued availability or compatibility with the Service.

4. Permission to Access Connected Accounts

By connecting an account, you authorise PostVoice to access the information and perform the actions you select, such as retrieving available Pages and publishing scheduled content. You represent that you have authority to grant that access.

5. User Content and Publishing

You retain ownership of your content. You grant PostVoice a limited licence to host, process, reproduce, format, and transmit it only as needed to operate the Service. You are solely responsible for all content created, scheduled, submitted, or published through PostVoice, including ensuring it is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights. PostVoice does not review or approve every post before publication.

Publishing can fail because of platform outages, expired tokens, permission changes, API or file-format restrictions, network errors, account restrictions, or service interruptions. Confirm that important posts were published successfully.

6. AI-Assisted Text and Image Features

Some features may provide AI-assisted captions, post ideas, suggestions, or static images. PostVoice does not generate video or audio, synthesize or clone voices, or create deepfakes. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or similar to existing content. You must review it before publishing and remain responsible for what you publish. PostVoice does not guarantee originality, factual accuracy, legal compliance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not use PostVoice to break laws; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; publish deceptive, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, hateful, or unlawful content; distribute malware or spam; circumvent platform limits; scrape data without permission; interfere with the Service; reverse engineer it where prohibited; gain unauthorised access; misrepresent identity or affiliation; or violate third-party platform terms.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security or legal risk, abuse, non-payment of applicable fees, platform-policy violations, or threats to service availability. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion through the process in our Data Deletion Instructions.

9. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund of your initial subscription payment if you request it within 24 hours after purchase. To request a refund, email hello@postvoice.co from the email address associated with your PostVoice account and include your order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear may depend on the payment provider. This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property and Feedback

PostVoice retains all rights in the application, brand, software, design, documentation, and Service content other than your content. If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without obligation, but this does not claim ownership of your separate confidential material.

11. Availability and Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by law, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostVoice will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the Service.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify PostVoice for claims arising from your content, misuse of the Service, violation of law or third-party rights, or breach of these Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PostVoice is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms must be brought exclusively in the courts located in our principal place of business, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
